Look at who you are as an athlete? If it is not who you want to be, then change aspects of your routines, training etc. When you start making changes towards becoming the best version of yourself, then your external environment around you will start to change.
We cannot become who we want to be by simply staying who we are. We must evolve and we must change. Not just be willing to change, but be working to change. Do you focus on improving your circumstances or yourself? I believe that looking externally at your circumstances and
thinking that if they change you will change is an untrue process-we cannot control the external. Focus on changing yourself and your circumstances will change. What are some areas that you are working to change to help improve your life and improve your circumstances?
