West Bend West High School vs West Bend East High School
3 4

The East-West match on Tuesday night was an extremely close affair, with the matches splitting across the singles-doubles divide. The East singles players all won (Schaetz, Polster, Larson, and Reiner), highlighted by Polster’s three set victory at two singles. Reiner’s win at four singles gave East the fourth point it needed to secure the victory.
The doubles matches went the way of the Spartans, though all proved competitive.

The Suns play next at the varsity conference tournament in Hartford/Slinger and jv conference tournament at Homestead/Cedarburg on Saturday.

The Suns are pictured with the wonderful Pat Carrier, wife of long-time Suns coach Al Carrier.
